Local authorities are coming under greater pressure to reduce spend and achieve greater savings. As part of the ongoing support for local authorities in the South East region, the Best Deals service has put together a series of workshops.

The focus of the workshops will be to examine ways in which local authorities can achieve efficiencies and savings in 3 large spend areas:
• Telecoms
• ICT
• Waste*
