Latest figures suggest that local authorities across the South East spend over £230m on Facilities Management (ATOS 2009-2010). As such it is one of the top ten spend areas for local authorities.
The latest best deals review aims to provide clarity regarding some of the main issues surrounding Facilities Management, such as defining what is meant by Facilities Management, clarifying the scope of Facilities Management and understanding what is meant by hard services and soft services.
