The corporate transformation programme can enable your council to make significant cashable savings and resource efficiencies. It can also provide training to ensure improved business case methodology increasing likelihood of return on investment.
In years two and three, we plan to deliver at least two examples of collaboration which can be replicated and demonstrate efficiency savings in excess of 10% by year three. In addition, we will create 10 more clusters of authorities working together to generate efficiencies and potentially share services.

This highlights opportunities for two authorities or more to work in partnership to deliver services in order to make significant cashable savings and improvements.
